About Gavin Raichman

I am a highly experienced social worker who is specialised in complex case management. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I am accredited with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
People who engage with my services are often experiencing a crisis and need help accessing care and support. This can be financial, social or emotional. I can help with necessities such as accessing public / social and community housing through the NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ-FACS), Services Australia (Centrelink) welfare payments including debt review and appeals, MyAgedCare and the Aged Care Assessment team, (ACAT). I also specialise in Aged Care consultation, end-of-life planning, workplace disputes, family mediation, and total and permanent disability insurance claims. I can also assist with immigration and humanitarian visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs. Whatever your presenting problem is, I will find a solution.
My motto is simple: there is no such word as ‘no’. If government agencies or bureaucrats turn you down, call me. It’s what I do best, along with my commitment to advocating for your legal and human rights.

I look forward to helping you with whatever social support issue you may be experiencing, whether it be navigating your way through government bureaucracy or assisting to move you forward in your life by providing counselling and / or therapy appropriate to your needs.
